Sarris, Low Energy Ion and Electron Measurements of the March-April 1991 Solar Events by Ulysses, Proc. 22nd International Cosmic Ray Conference, Dublin, Ireland, vol. 3, 181, 1991.

Abstract (draft). A preliminary description is given of a portion of the measurements made by the HISCALE instrument on the Ulysses spacecraft of the March and April solar particle events at ~2.5 AU. The HISCALE instrument provided a detailed description of the low energy ion and electron (>50 keV) fluxes, as well as ion atomic composition, in this region of the heliosphere.
