4.16 Calibration of Analog Housekeeping Data

Source: R. Gold
Date: Sept. 5, 1985

The analog housekeeping data for LAN are digitized by the spacecraft with an 8-bit A/D converter over the range from 0 to 5.10 volts. Thus the digitized values represent .020 volts per count. The calibration data for the Flight Model are contained in the table below and on the enclosed graph (Figure 4.92).

Channel Format Name LAN Output Calibration
AHK2 0 10V Ref .318*V .062893 Volts/count
  1 10V .337*V .05305 Volts/count
  2 6V .318*V .062893 Volts/count
  3 HV BIAS .010*V .50 Volts/count
AHK3 See Attached Sheet
AHK4 0-3 current   .02268*I(mA) .88183mA/count
