Step 4. Repeat for Selected Energies
By repeating step 3 for a series of discrete energies, one can obtain a plot of geometrical factor vs. energy. See Figure A9-13 for the Trial 10 B-field. From these plots one can obtain the geometrical factor for a given energy passband DE by integrating over the curve:
Here, the limits of the integration are simply the upper and lower limits of the passband.
